Family Comedy Weekend at Farmleigh - 1&2 July

 

Farmleigh welcomes you to their funny farm. The event will cover family friendly stand-up comedy shows with the Punch Lion Kids’ Comedy, comedy workshops, amusing story-telling, comedy for parents and babies and silly ‘walkabout’ performers.

 

Sandcastle & Sculpturing Competition at Bettystown Beach - 2 July

 

The fun begins at 10.30am for the sculpting and 2.30pm for the sandcastles. With judging and prizegiving at 4.30pm.

 

 

Terenure Car Show in Terenure College - 2 July

 

 

National Play Day in Merrion Square and Tymon Park - 2 July

 

The theme for this year’s National Play Day is ‘Fun and Active Play’ which is aimed at promoting fun and active play outdoors. Running, climbing, jumping, outdoor street games, action songs, skipping and cycling are just some activities encouraged to improve children’s physical and social development.
