The Speks present a lively show of nursery rhymes and sing-along songs set to acoustic Irish music which will have adults and kids jumping in their seats! Their hand-clapping, toe-tapping, hearty-laughing show is all about life on Glasses Island – a magical island off the coast of Co. Clare where everybody wears glasses!

 

Cabinteely Carnival in Cabinteely Park - 10 Sept

 

Roll Up, Roll Up!  The carnival comes back to Cabinteely Park on Sunday September 10th 2017. Our troupe of Phenomenal Performers will be on hand to amaze, astound and astonish at the annual Cabinteely Carnival between 1pm and 5pm the day. The Carnival will take place in front of Cabinteely House, and is a free family fun day out featuring circus performers, activities and a chance to learn some circus skills.

 

Honey Show in Phoenix Park - 10 Sept

 

The 3rd Annual Phoenix Park Honey Show will take place on Sunday, 10th September 2017. This event is free with family activities, lectures, tours and lots of honey and associated products.

 

Lucan Festival Family Fun Day - 10 Sept

 

Welcome to the lucan festival 9th annual family fun day. Lots to do rafting down the weir, bouncy castle for the children face painting, balloon shapes. International food stalls. The Philippines Mexico Spain Thai Hungarian and a few more. 2 stages with live performances with local talent and some international performance. Family Day - Park Community Centre, Dublin 24 - 10 Sept

 

Join us on what promises to be a wonderful FREE day out for all the family. For the kids there's face-painting, henna, quizzes, games, and loads of fun activities. For the foodies there's a BBQ as well as food stalls from around the world. There'll also be clothes, perfume and organic food stalls. Indoor activities will be provided so come along regardless of the weather.

 

Music in Monkstown - Fun Interactive Concert - 10 Sept

 

Join the fabulous Lynda O'Connor & Sylvia Roberts (violins) and Aura Stone (Double Bass) for this fun and entertaining trip into the 17th and 18th centuries to find out more about the Baroque composers Bach, Vivaldi & Handel! Designed for the pre-schooler and older child up to 7 or 8, this concert is all about interacting with the music in a totally natural way. Making sounds, dancing, dressing up, standing completely still with mouth wide open, it’s all good with us! We have play mats, lego, colouring, and musical worksheets for older children. All are welcome to come and have a closer look at the instruments at the end of the concert.

 

12th Lock Harvest Festival in Castleknock - 10 Sept

 

The 12th Lock Harvest Festival promises to be a fun-filled afternoon with a food village, vintage stalls, arts and crafts, face painting and lots more taking place on Sunday 10th September at the 12th Lock, on the beautiful banks of the Royal Canal at Castleknock Marina, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
