Drop-in Workshop at the National Gallery - 8 Oct

 

Inspired by the collection and our exhibitions, these workshops are suitable for tiny tots (about 18 months) up to age 8. You can choose to stay for as long or as short a time as works for you. 

 

Children's Art Workshop in Russborough House - 8 Oct

 

1 hour 15 mins, 3:00 - 4:15pm | €8 per child | Numbers limited to 15 children. Email booking opens Monday at 9am before each workshop. Suitable for kids 5-10 years old. 

 

Busker Fleadh at Smithfield Square - 8 Oct

 

 

Eating Wild Workshop in Bushy Park and Corkagh Park - 8 Oct

 

 

Join us for a stroll around the park as we go in search for wild foods. A fun event looking for tasty foods to try like

blackberries, raspberries, hazelnuts and apples. Booking is essential.

 

 

 

Family Day with Ceol le Chéile at the National Concert Hall - 8 Oct

 

 

Join us for an interactive and immersive experience through the world of traditional Irish music. We’ll have lots of activities in the NCH, starting from 12pm. Come along and meet the musicians who will be playing later; jump into one of our bodhrán or tin whistle workshops, designed to get you playing straight away!; have your face painted and then follow the Ceol Le Chéile Treasure Hunt for hidden prizes; try out some of the instruments and learn how they are played. Packed lunches will be available from the Terrace Café.
