Review
Cabinteely Park adventure playground is spacious and fascinating for all ages. There is much to do if you are with a toddler (unfortunately there are only two baby swings, but the toddler slide unit is safe and cosy, there are springers, play panels and there is a terrific sand pit with diggers and water feature as well) or if you visit the playground with an older kid, he will definitely like it too, due to the massive slide unit, the long zip wire, the various balancing units, the high climbing structures and the other exciting playing equipment. In 2021 two swings, an ability swing and a basket swing was added to the playground. Besides the playground, Cabinteely park offers perfect spots to have a picnic, play frisbee or simply take a walk and admire the view of 45 hectares of greenery. Near Cabinteely House (close to Park Drive entrance), there is also a cafe (The Stable Yard) and a Japanese Garden that should not be missed either if you decide to visit the park and the playground.
How to get there: Bus: 84, 84a and 145
