Hyde Park playground is a relatively small and quiet playground by Hyde Road. There are plenty of parking slots in front of the park, so you do not have to worry about parking if you decide to visit the place by car. The playing equipment of the playground is not too varied though, in the junior area there is a springer, a basket swing, a see-saw, a roundabout swing and two baby swings, while in the senior section there are two swings and a climbing net with a curved slide only. Behind the playground there is a Montessori pre-school, so sometimes when the kids are out to play, the place can be a bit busy, but otherwise it is usually empty.
